MindMatch Privacy Policy

This policy describes how information is handled in the app "MindMatch" (the "App").
1. Information the developer collects
The App has no developer-operated servers and does not collect or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, or location. No analytics tools or advertising SDKs are used.
2. Data the App handles
- Stroke data (coordinates and timing of your drawings)
- Image choices and response times
- Scores such as sync rates, and play history
These are used only to compute sync rates, show results to your partner, and store history on your device. They are never sent to external AI services or to the developer.
3. Communication when playing on two devices
In "Play on Two Devices" mode, answer data is exchanged directly with your partner through Apple's Game Center (GameKit). Your Game Center display name is shown to your partner. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms. The developer does not receive or store this communication.
4. Data stored on your device
Play history is stored only on your device and is deleted when you delete the App.
5. Sharing
Result cards are shared only when you tap the share button. Nothing is posted or sent automatically.
6. About the AI Sync Report and choice psychology notes
The App's reports are entertainment, selected on-device from texts bundled with the App. They do not scientifically or medically evaluate relationships or personality, and no data is sent to external generative AI at runtime.
7. Children's privacy
The App requires no account and collects no personal information, so it can be used at any age.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the in-app text will be updated.
